 Should we read Patrick Lencioni's book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, before or after we take the Five Behaviors assessment?

We recommend that you read the book sometime before the facilitated learning session, but it’s not required for you to read it before or after you take the assessment.

We're looking to cut expenses, so is it possible to purchase the assessments from Kadabra without the facilitated learning experience?

No, we don’t believe it’s a good idea for teams to take the Five Behaviors assessment without the facilitated learning experience.  Our facilitators are experts in helping individuals and teams interpret their assessment results and supporting people with integrating their insights.  

Last year, my team took the Five Behaviors assessment and had a facilitated learning session with Kadabra.  Can we retake the Five Behaviors assessment to see if our scores have changed?  

Yes, in fact we recommend teams retake the assessment after 6 or 12 months for exactly that reason!  Email to request a Progress Check for Five Behaviors.
